Used it about 30 minutes after it arrived by ups and had great rice in 15 minutes had bought an electric one earlier in the week and had water all over my counter after cooking the rice it was a mess

It did not come with pamphlet or directions so i went onto the website for progressive and found some instructions but my printer was down and i like to keep a hard copy of the directions together with the unit when stored otherwise i have to keep looking going back and fourth to the computer

I called the customer service people at progressive and reached someone who eventually agreed to send the directions to me via snailmail
