Still using the rice cooker weekly. The steamer basket works great for broccoli, etc.
This step does wonders to prevent sticky starchy cooked rice. Washes in the dishwasher no problem. The rice is tasty and tender and not sticky.
Versatile little gadget. I do everything sitting down now so it easier to reach a drawer that has what i need. I like this one because it came in grey.
Completely satisfied. Good quality i’d recommend to others just don’t make 4 cups. Best investment ever.

Just opened it to use now that i have returned and found one side of the lid latch broken making it useless and because of the length of time that passed not returnable

Just be cautious of cooking rice and noodles as water tends to overflow at times if you add too much or dont keep an eye on it

Just for kicks i bought an aroma brand bottom of their line electric cooker and it was awful

The places that break are at the little flaps that hold down the top to the bottom

One wrong fall and theyll snap off and then theres no way to secure the lid properly
