Ive only had one other prenatal this pregnancy but it didnt do what i was hoping

I still felt tired and there were some bodily issues

However because prenatal vitamins one a day is a great source of iron and taking too much calcium at the same time as an iron supplement will not allow the iron to be absorbed properly the calcium supplementation in this prenatal is on the lower side only
