When you first get the belt do not put it on to see if it fits

Nice belt but it seems the english sizes are a little smaller than american

The large did not fit small as i was on the smallest hole on the belt

Unfortunately if you fall right on the border of two sizes then you may not be happy with the sizing of this belt
