Pros
I battle a chronic digestive disorder and this has eased those symptoms a lot. My health is very important to me, especially being postmenopausal. The only downside to this product is the packaging.
This probiotic/prebiotic is amazing. I'm prone to infections of the face, * and gut. I researched for why kind of good bacteria women need and this one has it all.
It's easy to * and no after taste. The only thing i don't like is the packaging, if you aren't careful getting the pills out they can puncture. Thankfully the capsules are still intact within the pouches.
