Nice looking bit bit really helpful, not comfortable at all.

They are hard insoles so take some getting used to and had to buy shoes a size larger to fit them in, so had to take the insoles to the shoe shop.

Not suitable for all day wear if the pain is really bad as they are not robust enough to deal with walking around during normal activities.
