As far as my hormones go, they appear to have calmed down, and i can only put that down to this tea. It wakes us up and we gives us the feeling of get up and go each day. Definitely clears any afternoon brain fog. It also relaxes me.
Cons
This time the flavour becomes very smoky and a bit bitter with hardly any sweetness.

It doesnt look like theres much when its dehydrated the drying process must be very effective but it really swells up when wet

Its a stimulating tea dont drink it past 6pm or else you wont be able to sleep but google the benefits you will see its just a shame it comes from china
