These are described as childfriendly but my 5yearold who has only ever roasted marshmallow on wooden sticks went to grab the marshmallow off the stick and burned her pointer finger and thumb on the hot metal

Like i say i probably should have predicted that potential but i hadnt thought of how this is inherently different than roasting on a wooden stick
