Pros

Worked exactly as advertised. This thing is awesome.

Airtight seal makes the process of fermenting very easy and almost foolproof. I take out the ferment when it slows/stops forcing liquid out if the airlock. Also works well to store other fermented foods such as sauerkraut.

There's room over the presser for me to leave a plastic fork. Sprinkle salt. Tamp down with a glass topo chico bottle. Now, dill pickles spears.

Cons

It isn't eligible for return or exchange. Does not contain the kimchi smell. Even tried opening the plug - but still had same issue.
