Update i received a replacement massager from the seller i am pleased and happy that they were prompt in fixing my problem i now recommend this seller and the chair due to the fact that they are loyal to their customers and provide quality service 55 would order againthe product is comfortable but the vibrator piece broke and the wires are exposed and i attempted to reach the seller and i never was contacted back

Overall the chairs good but the stitching the i is stitched into the d in spiderman

The metal base that attaches to the chair is cheap it broke after less than seven months of use
