Pros
The magnetic works wonderfully. This is magnetic and has helped a lot keeping the dish rotation from getting mixed up. The adhesive pads included worked perfectly - nice and secure.
Easy to read and exactly as pictured. Nice and magnetic. Font is easy to read.
This one is a little larger, but sits between the handle and top of the dishwasher. It blends very well with the dishwasher. Everyone asks if it came as a part of my dishwasher.
No more guessing. The only issue is that the sliding piece to cover the clean/dirty is slightly too lose so on occasion it will slip into the center when opening and closing the dishwasher.
My only complaint is that the slider can easily move half way or all of the way to the other side if i put the door down. It is easy to slide and visible. Easy to change the status.

Teenagers will never volunteer to empty the dishwasher but a least now i do try to empty a dirty dishwasher or add dirty to a clean load
