Happy with the product so far no issues good customer service response
We worded 3 different filters and this was by far the most stable easiest to install and we were very happy with the purchase
Its as good as the quality bottled water which i had to buy with the previous water filter
I also saw a review where they said the unit did not come with the extra filtration cartridge listed in the description
Price
I must also add another big plus in e cos favor the price is right

Its not even attached to anything except a permanent piece of plastic molding that the whole system is made of that the fake dial was glued to
