Pros
Tasteless and odorless. Add to smoothies, salad dressings, my breakfast chia seed/coconut meal. Takes away some of the bitterness and adds a bit of creaminess.
The glass bottle is eco friendly and it came really well packaged. It was packaged very well within the box. The email support you get from the company (if you visit the website) it’s actually really useful.
Took again today (same quantity) in a small amount of unsweetened almond milk. Built up to 2 tablespoons a day. Has boosted my weight loss and never feel hungry.
Great product. I am utterly delighted with my purchase. Will definitely recommend product and will havebuy again.
Have been in ketosis for over a week and lost a bit of weight and also feel great. High quality keto oil which a nutritionist recommended to me. Good quality product to be added to your keto lifestyle.
Cons
This product not for me. Not convinced of its benefits and personally don't think there has been enough independent research. No weight loss. Three more days pass and my guts still aren't right.

However if you bring a spoon close to the edge make sure it is touching the edge of the bottle you do not lose any oil

I hoped for immediate weight loss and razor sharp thinking instantly for i am an unrealistic optimist but i noticed zero change so figured i’d been duped again but i’m a tight scot so was determined to finish the bottle lest i face mocking from my bemused family
