Pros
Wedge pillow helps me to have a good sleep without snoring. No more waking up middle of night coughing from choking. Great to use with my actual pillow as well.

This one has the same dimensions and hardness of the one it replaced. Only drawback is that its too wide & takes up a lot of space in bed. Wish it were a little narrower.

Mainly bought it for a bad ankle sprain to elevate my leg. The wedge causes by torso to bend which prevents my back from getting sore. This wedge is comfortable and has been durable.
Cons
May prove useful for heartburn etc in future, but no need for it yet. The incline is fine if you are using it to boost a pillow, but i found it much to hard and ended up with a bad headache. Zipper design is very flimsy and poor quality.

Not that it matters but wedge was only 1134 tall instead of 1234 as advertised

This thinner size works if you put a soft pillow on top of it
