Pros
After previous unceccessful buy, these r 2 keepers. I never leave reviews, but had to let anyone who has the same problem i have, know that this solves a problem. They are awesome and i would purchase again. But im so glad they did!
It fluffs up like a new pillow with 10 mins air fluff in the dryer. Manual hand fluffing works fine too. No lumps just smooth support.
Perfect filling, not stiff, head sinks in nice and comfortable. Down is expensive, but well worth the comfort and longevity. Great quality bedding.
Cons
Pricey, to say the least. Companies know most people are not going to go through the hassle, which is why they offer it.
Down feathers are extremely delicate. I hate that it goes flatter than a pancake when you lay your head on it. The cover material is also very thin, almost like a bed sheet than a pillow.
The pillows were inadequately filled with down to come anywhere near firm. It's nice at first, then flattens out completely.
