Premama wellness is a natural wellness product. This powder is the only thing i've taken this month.

Cons

All i feel like i'm doing is donating to this company. Very disheartening and upsetting. I only drank 3 pouches and did more research because i had an odd feeling.

It is expensive i was super hesitant to buy it but i’m glad i did
