I wasnt sure if it was authentic bobcat urine until this winter when i applied it and saw bobcat tracks near the application site the next morning

Also this product is a deterrent and will probably not be enough to get rid of established mice or an infestation on its own

If all you do is apply the deterrent and continue to give easy access to food and nesting areas mice may ignore the risk of a bobcat nearby

I also had to block areas under and behind my kitchen appliances as mice love those warm dark spaces

I apply it about once a month and the only times i have had mice come in was when i forgot to reapply it

I recommend wearing gloves and avoiding getting the urine on any sort of painted or sealed surface without doing a patch test
