They seem to be well made. They are compact which is a great plus because the short size makes the tip easier to control. Amazon is the only place to buy them. You will not be disappointed.

The machining of the tips is good and even. The simple precise chisel tips and form gives amazing grasp and control.
These are splinter tweezers. You can clamp down on them hard without worrying about distorting the frame. I work with an old timer thats got a pair just like these but much older and i always get the splinters out.
Cons
The metal is thin. That means it bends to reduce the pressure you can place on the sliver. The tips cannot be made really sharp to help dig a bit. Don't waste your money.

About the only negative thing is the case design

I would not trust this on a lanyard or keyring as the hole for attachment is in the plastic case and not the tweezers
