Pros & Cons
Pros
The three boxes are enough for my 15 hens. The bottom is thinner plywood than the rest, but my nesting boxes are on a shelf, not hanging. Fits perfectly inside their hutch. Trained them to use it in a new coop with a titelist golf ball.
Cons
The material is a very thin plywood. The wood is such poor quality that it splits and peals during assembly. Bottom piece flimsy and bows out.
I guess if you use it recreate a pattern it might be worth the cost. Strongly do not recommend purchasing this. If you're in a pinch, they're aren't a bad solution, but they definitely aren't necessary.
This nesting box is too small for full-sized chickens. It tips over when not in the right place in the chicken coop. There is no back so causes the egg to fall through and the hen won't stay in it.
