There's a booklet enclosed with seasoning instructions. It comes pre-seasoned, but recommended to wash it, season it again before use. First thing i did was season it some more with avocado oil.

The handles are sufficiently big for my silicone glove to securely grip. They are heavy and they retain heat longer than any other metal.

It heats evenly and quickly, and it is also very easy to clean. Cast iron cleans pretty easily with warm water.

Cast iron pan is a fixture inside my oven. Perfect for baking pitas, naan, croissants, and pizza.
