Pros

Great product, rainbow sherbert is my favorite. Only bad thing is it came all dented up!

Cons

This is without a doubt the worst flavor that i've had amongst the lineup.

Not appetizing for preworkout. Not sure about longevity and endurance. Not a fan of the amount of dextrose either.

Took one sip and almost threw up. Since there is so much powder in one scoop the taste is *. Instead, purchase it from gnc.

Also the ingredients in the product are not too complex which is good

You will not build a tolerance to the product

It didnt change the product on the inside but not exactly the best thing in my eyes

I used pre and post jym products to help me get back in shape

I’ve taken a lot of different preworkout powders and this one is at the top of my list

Most preworkout powders are blends that dont come close to the clinical doses done in performance studies

Some other preworkouts ive tried just raised my heart rate and thats it
