These shorts fit snug, and at first you might be a bit conscience of the fit. The are snug without being too revealing. Super comfy and fit great. Used weekly for zumba and pilates.

Great for hot yoga. I wear these in hot vinyasa classes and they are great for it. The only negative is the price is a little higher than the same type of shorts from yoga addicts.

Textile is thicker than cycling shorts so it is more discrete. No more having to adjust my shorts prior to posture. Allows for good range of motion but retains modesty.
