The steps guide me and help me with an easy-to-use format. It's not complicated and i give it five stars! This book helps me & is a good read.
Cons
Also the spiritual teachings in eckhart's book are much deeper. Disappointed with the book.

His legs were in such bad shape they argued for amputation but did not

I think you miss out on a lot of what meditation is for when you just rigidly follow steps

You might decide you want to meditate on the idea in step 2 for 10 minutes then you never get to any of the other steps
