This is something i am so grateful i bought. Get it you won't be disappointed. Not finished reading yet, but very excited to finish it.

The mind has to rest sometimes instead of relentlessly thinking or jumping from one thing to another. Everyone's meditation journey is different. Practicing mindfulness is harder than it looks starting up.

    The problem is you first need to get past the first two chapters which are basically a commercial to sell the author and his book that you have already bought

    I used this book to practice mindfulness however i think an audiotape would of been better to listen to instead of reading and trying to do it

    The meditations each list like 510 steps

    I think you miss out on a lot of what meditation is for when you just rigidly follow steps

    You might decide you want to meditate on the idea in step 2 for 10 minutes then you never get to any of the other steps
