Ppg proluxe srd wood finish is what we zeroed in on, and we've applied it on a yearly basis. It covers well, and i hope it's as durable as it advertises. You just need to prepare the wood properly for the stain to *.

Cons

One year later, the entire deck needs to be redone! Then stained the wood once installed. The stain looks nothing like it used too. Instructions previous coating must be completely removed.

If you like restraining every two years then this is the product for you. I am not happy at all because of the cost of the product; secondly, because it took a few months to complete. Truly dissatisfied with the product. Will not use again.
