For the price, this switch is excellent. No rewiring necessary.
Cons
Switch has 4 prongs but no wiring instruction diagram included. Rather flimsy plastic paddle. No wire symbol stamping on the switch itself.

As it has a soft start feature i decided to dig through the wiring and eventually found that the switch was getting to be burnt out
