Good customer services first hoover was faulty and was replaced within 2 days

It is a little on the frail side so will probably require careful handling particularly the onoff switch according to another reviewer

I received the cleaner very quickly and although the instructions were easy it was very difficult to attach the two main parts together

I dont know if things were slightly misaligned but i could not get it to click into place without a lot of force and quite a bit of time and frustration

The only reason this didnt get the full stars was because the little fabric strip in the head became half dislodged and almost burnt the hoover due to friction

Unfortunately the rubber seal came off of the bottom and made it squeaky

But company said they will refund of o removed the plug had major difficulty trying to upload the picture of the removed plug so i have chosen as a last resort to do it here
