For beginners just be very careful as the distance between the top and bottom plate towards the back is very tight around 3 inches and if your not paying attention you could burn yourself

I read this in other reviews and it is true it will tilt when you are trying to open or close it if the pressure is high

If you turn the pressure knob up it is very difficult to close to start and open once the timer ends

Unless i am standing directly over it to add my body weight i cant close it and opening it is so difficult that i dont even lock it anymore because i couldnt get it back open without it almost flipping off of the table
