The handle goes up high enough so i'm not scared about burning my hand when adjusting my material. Very good beginner press. Knowing this will assist you in managing your heat application.

This heater takes a while to heat up but when it does, it gets really hot! It also has a lil burning smell, but i believe it is because it's brand new and freshly used. This machine takes several minutes toheat up, and heats up the entire room.

The bottom soft pad is not even glued down all the way. When pressing, the top does not evenly come down onto the clothing - in part because of the clam shell design. This happens once the padding gets warm.
