I’m dinging one star because the selfdrilling drywall anchors are cheap plastic and 28 of them broke during installation

There is a long slot in back roughly 13 of the total width which is 1

They dont instruct in what diameter of pilot hole should be used or that a pilot hole should be used at all

Having never done this before and thinking that if the information wasnt given and therefore not needed i attempted to mount them first by drilling an 18 hole which not large enough and tore a sizeable small hole in the drywall which i had to go to the store to buy a putty knife and drywall plaster to fix

Then after deciding on a new mounting spot for the knife rack this time i drilled a 14 pilot hole once again tried to screw the anchor in only this time it literally shattered on my face

Im writing this just after that happened and while i can tell the instructions were written well they failed to completely prepare for me how to mount the thing
