All in all i can recommend this charger even though its price is a bit steep

I have come across four little used batteries that showed low capacitiesgot hot on the c9000 and have discarded them
Some people claim this may shock your battery and burn off the dentrites

I have several good quality chargers i have been using for years exclusively with eneloop aaaaa batteries
Due to this i bought some new eneloop branded batteries and decided to go through the breakin mode on the charger
I also have a bunch of powerex 2700mah aa cells but i havent tried them in this charger yet

Ieutf8psc1we use them in wireless and non wireless trail cams on large propertys we maintaini always start new batteries with the break in mode takes about 3640 hrs onetime when you 1st get the eneloops then just regular charging after that

I purchased the mahapowerex c9000 for its analyzer and breakin mode functions and have been using this one 24 x 7 since arrival three weeks ago

The other is that the display is an olddesign lcd monochrome display that you have to be nearly perpendicular to in order to read it

At the moment it is on my computer desk and i have to lean over to read the display even though it is propped up towards me on its stand

Plus cutting holes in the case and cutting wires doesnt lend itself to returning it under warranty should it stop working

Oh and for those of you that claim that its user interface is complicated please read the instructions

Any ways i find the user interface rather easy to use so unless the one i just bought has changed dramatically in design then those complaining of it being complicated perhaps didnt read the instructions
