Pros
The charger uses an apple lightning port connection (as with pre-x iphones), so it's another cable to keep track of. This one is a very minor gripe. They're light, easy to use and the battery lasts more than enough.
Jaybird headphones are the most comfortable headphone i've tried. Best to use the wavelet app to add some bass to the equalizer or even the build in app preset for these headphones.
Cons
Pairing is erratic. Til the led turns red? Have to download an app to check that. The right ear phone rarely syncs up. Tried to reset but was completely unable to perform a full factory reset.

No matter how carefully i place them in their charge case, one of them fails to charge. The only solution that works is to lick the earphone connection points before placing in the case. Last week right set not charging.

Ive had these since launch summer 2019 in the hopes that by keeping them for a couple years it would justify the initial cost
