My OT therapist had me use this exact same item, the Power Web, and exercising with it really helped relieve the pain I was experiencing in my wrists and forearms. Of course it was combined with massage and other exercises, like using hand putty (which I also purchased from Amazon) but I remember liking how the Power Web worked. When I received the item, I noticed there were other exercises listed and have since incorporated some of them into my maintenance routine. I works for me because I can sit and watch TV while doing these exercises. The material seems strong enough to last for quite some time. Overall, I think it's worth the $28.50 price tag.  Read Less
