Its a bit softer than most other foam rollers ive used in the past and because it isnt very long, its somewhat difficult to roll straight back and forth on.

I have noticed that it seems to be becoming a little squishier over time, and i expect that i will probably need to replace it at some point when it is no longer firm enough to work effectively.
