Pros

It runs quiet and so far has been dependable and easily forgotten. It is quieter than my old one and powers my pc through anything i throw at it without getting too hot. Great aura color perfectly synchronized.

W psu has a modular socket to plug in the 600w 12vhpwr cable that the nvidia rtx 40 series use. Bought this to replace a 7yo psu of the same wattage.

Comes with a dedicated 12vpwr cable and all of the other pcie and pcie hard drive power cables. The cables are stiff, so molding them to a shape for placement is easy.

Cons

Emailed gamemax, waiting on reply. They have no support option on their website. Now i'm left with the task of finding a warranty replacement for this or ordering a second one.

Cpu ripple is barely within atx 120mv limit. Ripple increases vrm heat, shortening the life of all your components, including the psu itself. Only 500 watts and more than 10 years old.

Update amazon sent me a new one i just took the 12vhpwr cable from the new one and it works now

My 12vhpwr cable was slightly scuffed up out of the package which is another reason i put it in a mesh cable sleeve
