S-happens makes you hold-on to the devices until they won't and do not have, to refund you! It's a big scam aimed at the elderly ( see-2011 bbc news article 'energy saving' scam hits the elderly). Save your money.
Not even 5 kilowatts of energy savings. They are cumbersome and take up the whole outlet.
