The multi-booting feature is very useful. Finding always-on 12-volt power required running a wire through the firewall into the engine compartment.

Power magic pro itself is rectangle box in shape. Works flawlessly. Worth while upgrade for the price.

Cons

It is cheaply made and it does not work. This makes me not trust amazon sellers. It would cost $44 usd to ship from ny to canada.

The unit shuts off after only a few hours now (brand new f150 raptor, good battery). This defeats the purpose of this product because the original lighter will work this way without power magic pro.

Wires are thin 22 gauge, so needs a small fuse (1-2 amp) to prevent fire or damage to the device. Tried hardwiring to a live fuse directly, failed to cut off. I have a 2015 nissan gt-r and had both professionally installed, so it was not the wiring!
