Love this belt … great for deadlifts bench squats this is a great belt

Like another reviewer stated it is pretty thin about the same as a regular pants belt but that is fine for me since im not pulling huge weights

i was surprised to see that an actual measuring tape measured my belly at 38inches didnt realize pant sizes were so far off from reality
