The power grommet has 2x 110v sockets and a usb-a and c charging port. The usb c ports are a great addition, providing universal compatibility with a wide range of devices. It has one cable that plugs into your existing 110v outlet to power it.
It works just as well as other power bars i've tested. Super easy and works as expected.

Cons
Turn the usb plugs sideways or move them further apart. They look like a 110 volt outlet and more than once i have accidentally tried to push a 2 prong plug into them.

As this power grommet is made for a desk the ac ports are only limited to 12a which is ok this wouldn’t be suitable for the garage or plugging a heater into or another device needing up to 15a of power

You will need to drill a 3 18” or 80 mm hole for installation
