Pros
Very easy to use and the company is reputable. Hoping for another 13 with this purchase. It's hard work following the diet, but its a short amount of time in comparison to the slow and steady approach so it's worth it.
If you follow the calorie restriction it works very good. It really helps me drop about 10-15 lbs quickly and eliminate sugar and simple carbs without suffering. I do workout 3 times a week fir 30-45 mins on either elliptical or treadmill.
Cons
Compared to real hcg this stuff is not as effective. Had big fluctuations in weight each day. If you have latex allergy you can also be allergic to mango.
