It fits a 2017 bmw 320i. This is what you need for the latest bmws (x4 40i) the engaging height is 15mm as it should be. It's wide enough to fit my 2019 sti just fine.

Factory jack works the same way - check pics. It fits in easy and comes out easy. The inside part/nub is longer than the cup, if that makes sense. Fits the back sockets just fine though.
