Overall the strap really works but as with any training method youve got to make yourself stick to it for the first week or so

I deducted a star because the pad does not stay on it is too narrow and when placed over the strap the sides do not meet well enough for the velcro to hold

I tried something similar i bought at a local walmart and it just was uncomfortable and ugly
