There were definitely very noticeable results within the first few days. Have recommended this product to 3 different friends of mine. Lent mine to a friend. This is awesome!

Cons

This is the only one that i purchased that was not refundable/exchangeable. I was offered a measly store credit for my troubles.

Sizing calculator is worthless. Not comfortable at all. I swear i look more fat in it, than it compliments me.
