Pros

It washes well and hasn't shrunk or had a single quality issue. Washes and dries nicely. Washed well too.

Shirt fits great and works perfectly.

It's great post-op, for woundcare appointments, and for surgical follow-ups. It makes getting dressed much easier, especially if you have a sling. It gives easy access to the shoulder/upper arm and still protects my modesty.

Cons

This shirt is impossible to for anyone with a shoulder injury/sling that is wearing an immobilizer. If you're wearing a sling the material is such that the sling slides around on it and doesn't stay stable. Are not easy to snap on/off with one hand.
