Pros
The grids made for neater writing. It helps me write more neatly! These are spendy but wonderful for making classroom anchor charts!
It's bleed proof (doesn't harm the wall it's adhered to) and a nice weight (not too flimsy but not too heavy to pull down from the wall) very nice for planning. It makes it easy to build company grafts. Sticks great with no glue left behind.

Love the grid lines but it is hard to write at the top of the paper where the previous page was attached

The printing of the grids is rather light though which makes it hard for older eyes to see and work with

The left and right side grids and the top do not measure 1inch so i have to cut them off all the time making the final measurements 24 inches w x 30 inches h

I can see however how that feature would be great for presentation purposes which is what the product is made for

You can use fine point sharpies and not bleed through to the next page or wall
