Pros

Had a little glitch in the beginning where a kombucha scoby was accidentally sent to me instead of my milk kefir grains. On my third batch more than doubled the growth of my crystals. It's like a party going on in that jar.

The heat of this summer has them in hyper mode! Makes for some very nutritious smoothies. Just a wonderful, wonderful source and very reasonably priced.
