In the late 90s the handles were permanently attached to each band no one thought to use clips

The weight label is only on one side of one end of each band and both ends look the same

The bands are clearly labeled and colorcoded so you know exactly how much resistance you are pulling 10lbs to 30lbs in 5pound increments
