It provides quite a bit of resistance and if you can hold it steady safely its going to really burn your muscles

Upon opening the package i could see that this was a very heavy spring the 60 lg evidently does not relate to the weight of the user lol

At first i could barely bend the device i am 58 180lbs and consider myself to be rather fitmy initial thought was that this was too much resistance
