The black one did not include instructions sellers response was that sometimes they are not included with the black ones and the little light that comes on when you turn it on works on the red but not on the black one i purchased

The light comes on but head does not rotate bought for my daughter and she is pleased with it it works but i have to tap itshake it just to get it to work
