Pros
The crate is well made and i see no flaws. Easy to unfold and fold up and very sturdy. Light weight but strong. It easily folds up and is well constructed and easy to clean.
This is a superior product and i wish i had bought it first time around. Seems to be as advertised. Would highly recommend.
The dogs love it! It akari withstood being clawed. The zipper portion on the top is a lifesaver!
Both cats fit comfortably inside (although a little cramped with the fat one) my large laid-back cat thinks its her very own cat condo and can be found in it often. My 17 lb cat loves it.
This is big enough for my fat 19lb cat to stand up, stretch and lay down comfortably. The medium is so much roomier than i anticipated. Bought 2 of the largest size fit perfect in the back of my dodge durango side by side.

We struggled a little getting one side to lock into the open position but we switched to try the other side and it locked into place without a problem then the difficult side also cooperated so if youre also struggling try on the other side 1st and see if that solves the issue

My only complaint is that it is bulky so it is hard to carry

I think if they had a strap on each end of the carrier it would be easier to carry but that’s not enough of a hassle to knock it an entire star

During the actual drive this carrier was put inside the hugest metal dog crate you can buy latched then the door to the green carrier was opened so the cats could roam in the metal dog crate

Does not have solid covers for the windows so its best to throw a blanket on top to make it feel cozy and safe
